Location: Booysens, Johannesburg

An Injection Moulding Factory based in Booysens, Johannesburg, is seeking to employ a Junior Machine Technician.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be over the age of 18.

Possess basic mechanical and technical skills, including:

Electrical

Mechanical

Plumbing

Welding

Demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Display a passion for working in a technical environment.

Additional Information:

Training will be provided to successful candidates.

Preference will be given to candidates residing near Booysens or those willing to relocate.

TECHNICAL MANAGER (INJECTION & BLOW MOULDING) TO START IMMEDIATELY

An Injection Moulding company based in Booysens, Johannesburg wishes to employ a Technical Manager. The company specialises in the manufacture/ injection & blow moulding of plastic household products.
Responsibilities:

Management of the entire manufacturing process of the factory.

Effective and timeous technical problem solving and trouble shooting as required during production.

Should be proficient in all Mechanical & Electrical technical areas.

Ensure effective functioning of machines in terms of Productivity, quality and efficiency

Effective management of operators, technician and setters

Record keeping of all setting sheets & moulds Requirements.

Min 5-10 years experience in injection moulding environment

Min 5 years technical management experience

Work experience with Servo Motor Injection Moulding machines an advantage

Own transport

Ability to work independently and to problem solve.
