We were at Nampo 2026 - here's a short reflection on the show.

Four days in Bothaville. A lot of conversations. A lot of interest in our Mecc Alte PTO range. And a stand we were genuinely proud of.

The SSPD team was at Nampo Harvest Day from 12 to 15 May, and it was a great experience - the kind of event that reminds you why face-to-face time with clients, partners, and prospects still matters more than any digital channel.

On the stand this year: the new Rehlko Phoenix Range generator, Mecc Alte alternators and PTO unit, the Rehlko RESA, an ABB Terra Wallbox EV charger, Fiamm batteries, Donaldson filters, and a King Tony toolbox.

The PTO unit drew a lot of attention - and it always does once people understand what it actually does. If you run a tractor, you already have the power source. A Mecc Alte PTO alternator connects to the tractor's PTO shaft and generates reliable single or three phase electrical output - no separate generator required. For the farming and agri-business community, that practical and cost-effective proposition lands well every time.

Nampo 2026 has been a great few days on the ground at Stand C23c.

The weather held up well - cold at times, but the SSPD team managed it without missing a beat. More importantly, the conversations made it worthwhile.

A few highlights from the week:

Rehlko J110 Generator - We had the unit running live on the stand throughout the event, giving visitors the opportunity to see and hear a working generator up close.

Mecc Alte PTO Units - Strong interest from the farming community. The practical case for shaft-driven power in agricultural applications clearly resonates with visitors who deal with grid reliability challenges.

Rehlko RESA Gas Generator Range - The RESA unit attracted significant interest from visitors looking for a cleaner, more manageable alternative to diesel for smaller applications.
