At SSPD, our people are as important as the products we supply. This month we are highlighting Guylain Assumani, our Sales Manager and ABB EV Charging specialist, who has been with the team for seven and a half years.

Guylain holds ABB South Africa's official certification on the full ABB EV Charging portfolio and leads our EV charging offering across Southern Africa. His work spans solution design, technical consultation, project ex*****on, and aftersales support, working with fleet operators, property developers, consultants, and utilities.

His project experience includes the ABB EV charging rollout for a major dealership brand, the installation of Africa's first 400 kW DC fast charging infrastructure for an international vehicle manufacturer, and the commissioning of the first DC charging station in Zimbabwe for the country's energy regulatory authority.
