Please take note!
Everyone that bought in Woodlands Estate visits to site are restricted due to unreasonable clients.
Please read your contract again... It is stated very clearly in it.
Take in account there are people living in Woodlands and it's also a building site.
Visiting times
Saturday 2-4pm
Sunday 12noon-4pm
If you want a meeting with Tersius email him 24 hours in advance and state why you want to meet.
He'll get back to you to set up a time and day.
It will be Monday-Thursday 4-5pm.
Also do not phone after hours
Office hours 9am-4pm.
Peters number is also not a help line after hours.
Only contact Tersius and Phumi office hours.
We building 163 houses not 5 houses or your house ONLY!
We are a family business not group 5.
