The APT Typhoon takes off!

Ready to be deployed to five different mine sites, to recover gold down to a very fine size. One particular unit of this new batch has also been specified to recover mercury too, allowing for cleaning of a contaminated site and recovering valuable amalgamated gold in the process.

This client had 3 different feed types that required a more unusual flowsheet.

The circuit includes:
1. A jaw crusher and impact crusher to crush artisanal supply ore, generating free gold.
2. ⁠A feed pan for artisanal tailings, leading to a bank of GoldKacha concentrators to recover the free gold and remove hazardous mercury from previous processing through wet pan mills.
3. ⁠⁠A milling circuit and TriTank cyanidation tank to recover the remaining finely disseminated gold that is not amenable to gravity recovery.
