(LekPrufe Ultra is a durable Styrene Acrylic blend emulsion waterproofing / paint with ULTRA flexibility, durability and UV stability properties. LPU is specifically designed for use on vertical and horizontal substrates where fairly strenuous movement can be expected.
LPU can be applied to concrete, stone, metal, bitumen, EPDM, wood, PVC, metals, and zinc. It adheres fully to the substrate whatever the material, sealing it and keeping corrosive elements away
LPU dries with a smooth surface finish and remains highly flexible under extreme circumstances such as constant exposure to moisture, heat and frost. It has an elongation capability of up to 500% plus. It can flex and stretch with a substrate through heating and cooling without being damaged. Unlike bituminous and Latex membranes, LPU does not soften and attract dirt, and stains may be easily cleaned with mild detergents and water.
LPU and can be used in exposed areas without embrittlement and does not require additional treatment against UV exposure. LPU is suitable for medium to high traffic areas and does not deteriorate when walked on or under mild to medium abrasions being applied.
LPU is available in all standard colors and does not require any additional painting over it. It comes with an 8year warranty without having to apply any maintenance coats in that period.)
