House M, perched on a steep site opposite an Estate Reserve. The house, set on 4 levels has views overlooking the Eye of Africa Golf Course, as well as the expanse of the new phases being developed in the distance. Crisp clean lines, glass facades and a compliment of materials suited to the beautiful environment. Timber, Glass and Concrete compliment each other, highlighting the elements that make up the house.

Hidden in the hills of Eye of Africa is this multi-level contemporary masterpiece. On street level this home is hunkered down to allow views over the top into the distant scenery. From entry the house flaunts mass glass walls with views over the scenery and golf course on the perimeter. It cascades down to the living areas, private areas and even a services level in the basement. Every detail has been thought of - from perfect orientation for solar and breeze gains, solar back-ups, water tanks, a server room, pumps, double garage with a double un-obstructed car lift... the list goes on.
