🌟 MEET THE TEAM – Norma Gugulethu Ncube 🌟

This week, we're shining the spotlight on Norma Gugulethu Ncube, our dedicated National Service Coordinator! 👏

📍 Born and raised in Johannesburg, Norma attended Elukhanyisweni Secondary School and joined the First Cut family in August 2016 as a Receptionist. Through hard work and determination, she has grown into a key leadership role, coordinating our national service operations and leading a team of technicians to ensure customer requests are resolved quickly and efficiently.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family means everything to Norma. She is one of seven siblings and is the proud mom of a lively 15-year-old daughter who keeps her on her toes!

🚗 When she's not keeping our service teams running smoothly, you'll likely find her exploring the great outdoors, embarking on road trips with friends and family, or discovering new destinations with a great playlist as the soundtrack. 🎶🌄

🏆 One of Norma's proudest achievements has been successfully coordinating technicians, customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure service work is completed on time while maintaining exceptional customer service. Her ability to balance competing priorities has helped strengthen our team's efficiency and reliability.

🍔✈️ Outside of work, Norma loves traveling, trying new foods, attending live events, and making the most of every adventure—whether it's a braai with friends or exploring somewhere new.
Thank you, Norma, for your commitment, positive energy, and leadership. We're proud to have you on the First Cut team! 💙

🎉 MEET THE TEAM: W***y Mokate 🎉

Say hello to one of the legends behind the scenes at First Cut… William “W***y” Mokate! 🙌

📍 From Limpopo to First Cut Superstar
W***y was born in Limpopo and attended Seboye High School — and since joining First Cut in April 1989, he’s been an integral part of the team for decades! Talk about dedication! 💪

🔧 What does W***y do?
As our Warehouse/Workshop Supervisor, W***y keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine, making sure operations flow smoothly every single day. 🚛⚙️

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family First
W***y is a proud father of three, and his family is his biggest motivation and inspiration. ❤️

⚽ Did you know?
W***y is a huge sports fan and loves catching games whenever he gets the chance! Not only that — he used to play football and proudly represented FC as a defender. 🥅🔥

🏆 A proud achievement
When faced with a pile of broken blades in the Butcher Department, W***y didn’t back down. He got creative with his team, welding and repurposing them into sellable products — turning a challenge into a success story! 👏

🌿 Off the clock
When he’s not hard at work, you’ll find W***y at church or enjoying peaceful, quality time with his family.

👏 Thank you, W***y, for your hard work, innovation, and commitment over the years — you truly are part of the heart of First Cut!
