Water issues left untreated can lead to major structural damage over time. What may start as a small leak or damp patch can quickly escalate into damaged plaster, peeling paint, mould growth, and costly repairs.

In many cases, the only solution is to remove the damaged plaster, apply the correct waterproofing system, and then replaster and repaint the affected areas.

When the client's specification is for asphalt, the earthworks beneath it need to be perfect.

During excavation, we discovered damp clay soil beneath the surface — something that wasn't visible during the initial assessment. To ensure the longevity and performance of the asphalt, additional remedial work became necessary.

The solution? Installing subsoil drains in a herringbone formation to remove excess groundwater and protect the pavement structure from future movement and failure.

Quality construction isn't just about what you see on the surface. It's about identifying hidden challenges and addressing them properly before they become costly problems down the line.
