🌟 Reflecting on a Remarkable Year! 🌟

The SAICE Future Leaders Panel recently wrapped up our end-of-year meeting, and it was an unforgettable evening of reflection, success, and camaraderie. πŸ“†βœ¨

We gathered to discuss our achievements, challenges, and plans for the future. With the guidance of our incredible team and the presence of esteemed guests including SAICE CEO, Sekadi Phayane, the SAICE Marketing team, and The South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE) Head of Membership, we set the stage for an impactful year ahead. πŸš€πŸ”

Our formal meeting set the tone, but the evening truly came alive during a delightful dinner shared with great food and even greater company. πŸ½οΈπŸ€—

A special shoutout to our dedicated SAICE FLP committee members, who have consistently given their all to our organization and made the journey to Johannesburg for this meeting. πŸ™ Your commitment and efforts have been invaluable. 🌠

Here's to a bright and promising future! Stay tuned for more exciting updates and initiatives from SAICE FLP. 🌐

The SAICE Future Leaders Panel event was lit up by a team of passionate speakers who had the honour of addressing the brilliant students of Olievenhoutbosch Secondary School in Centurion. The spotlight was on the importance of problem-solving, emphasizing its relevance beyond textbooks and exams, extending into our daily lives and careers. STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering, and Math) stood out as the driving force behind solving real-world challenges.

Thank you to Israel (Blessing) Maphanga who worked closely with our chairman, Dlozi Mnisi, to give us the platform to share insights at their former school. Sharing the stage with the exceptional John Rammutla - Pr Eng, M.Eng, Retang Sandra Maphothoma (AMSAICE, ECSA Civil Cand Techno) and Moshe.

This event was all about empowerment, inspiring matriculants, and bringing high school students into the future. In 2023, the emphasis was on problem-solving skills, hard work, and unwavering commitment. Let's keep that energy alive! πŸ’₯πŸ“šπŸ‘©β€πŸ”¬πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»
