To assist with hands running of site/s to a pre-determined deadline. This person will need to make this position their own and be able to run independently. The employee will also assist in rendering support services to the 4DFM group operations and client network

- Run and do all maintenance Jobs and Operations.
- Arrange and deliver materials, Plan and execute work from Jobcard through to snag and sign off
- Identify new and extra work
- Extensive travel will be required to visit various clients properties/site
- Conduct site inspections and create reports
- Check up on progress of sites and stick closely to job schedules
Amongst other tasks

The position allows for full growth with benefit performance indicators.

The salary is a base salary with company benefits
