✅ COMMON MISTAKES IN SETTING OUT A BUILDING

🔸 Inaccurate Measurements – Wrong tape readings or lack of double-checking distorts the building dimensions.
🔸 Ignoring Profile Boards – Placing pegs too close to trenches instead of using profile boards leads to loss of reference points after excavation.
🔸 Encroachment – Not confirming boundary lines carefully can cause the structure to extend into another person’s land.
🔸 Lack of Leveling – Skipping proper leveling produces uneven foundations and walls.
🔸 No Professional Supervision – Leaving setting out to untrained hands without the guidance of an engineer or builder is a costly mistake.
