Capital Civil & Building Construction Construction Company specialising in commercial and residential construction. Capital Civil and Building Construction started operations in 1979.

Initially we were involved primarily in the construction of residential housing. Considerable success and growth made it possible for us to branch into Industrial, Commercial and Civil projects. The sole owner Pieter Minnaar is well qualified and experienced in the building industry, and has been actively involved in this field for the past 35 years, of which the last 30 years he has been operatin

g his own Company. He has a Building Management Diploma. He is responsible for the overall management and is also actively involved on the building sites and the everyday building operations of the company. His success is due to his hands-on-management style. Further to the success of Pieter Minnaar he has also introduced his son Gerhard Minnaar to the Construction industry. After completing his Qs degree Gerhard Minnaar decided to live abroad to extend his horizons further in the construction industry. On return Gerhard completed numerous projects in the Capital tradition, on time with the required quality. The company also provides the services of qualified in-house Quantity Surveyors.
