The wait is over.
For months, owners have walked past aircraft that should have been flying.

Now, the 36th Amendment to the Civil Aviation Regulations, which enables Appendix 3 for Parts 91 and 43, has been signed, creating a pathway for many aircraft affected by the 12-year engine rule to return to service, subject to applicable requirements.
Returning an aircraft to the skies involves more than just the engine. After time on the ground, avionics, batteries, databases, and critical systems all require careful attention before that first flight.
