VACANCY: Creditors Clerk.

Responsibilities:
· Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
· Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
· Prepare and submit payments to suppliers.
· Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
· Resolve invoice discrepancies.
· Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
· Assist with month-end closing.

Skills required:
· Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively and great time management.

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager.

Desired experience & qualifications:
• Trade - Red Seal Mechanic, Grade 12
• At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role

Duties, responsibilities & attributes:
• Responsible for plant maintenance and repairs
• Ensure proper control of parts (spare, tyres, etc.)
• Ensure availability of critical spares
• Maintain and update Plant maintenance records
• Determine the most economical methods in carrying out repairs
• Prioritise jobs according to Plant requirements
• Ensure that service schedules and component replacements meets Plant requirements and OEM standards
• Manage scheduled maintenance of Plant
• Manage warranty claims with OEM's and suppliers
• Communicate with Site Management to ensure effective and efficient Plant operations
• Conduct inspections on damaged Plant
• Conduct diagnostics and root cause analysis of Plant failures
• Assess and determine Plant defects and scope of repairs
• Monitor recurring faults and provide feedback and recommendations to rectify the fault
• Plan the repair process
• Update the Workshop Planning & Progress programme
• Authorise parts to be purchased
