O air air-conditioning and refrigeration was established in 2023, with the owner Adrian Narasiah having years of experience in the field. We are an experienced contractor which specialises in conditioning, refrigeration,
maintenance and rehabilitation works. Using the wide experience of our inhouse staff and machinery, we are also able to provide the full range of construction services related to maintenance work.
Our approach
The service executed in accordance with a detailed schedule that is encapsulated in the service level agreement that stipulates the frequency and scope of services in great detail. In keeping with this approach, areas are located to specific employees that are responsible for the appropriate tasks given.
