Do you have a ceiling fan made of wood or metal?

To enhance the durability of the blades against moisture and to guard against swelling or early rust, apply a product such as Cobra Floor Wax/Polish.

Make sure to cover the blades thoroughly, particularly the side that faces the airflow. This treatment provides a protective waterproof layer for the blades.
