Delivery. It is the last step in our process – One we take just as seriously as design, assembly and testing. Our panels are carefully loaded, supported, and securely strapped on out dedicated truck partner to ensure arrival to your work site in the same pristine condition they left our workshop.

A closer look inside one of the MCC busbar compartments.
This configuration utilises double 12 × 18 mm tinned copper busbars per phase, neatly installed, securely supported, torqued, and correctly spaced using Copper Spacers in accordance with IEC requirements. The busbar system is tested to meet operational current demands while safely withstanding specified fault current levels (We can provide test documents on request).
The result is a durable, compliant, and reliable power distribution design within the MCC

A work in progress at our client’s workshop.
This system is designed to accommodate a 2500A incoming supply from either municipal power or an alternative supply, via two 2500A ACBs. The arrangement feeds four 500 kW Variable Speed Drives, along with additional starters and feeders.
As per the client’s requirements, our dedicated team completed all on-site copper work for both line reactors and load reactors, ensuring efficient current conduction under high-current operating conditions.

MCCs are not sized arbitrarily. Their structure is determined by current levels, fault requirements, segregation, and accessibility.

This wide MCC frame is a 9 Module deep MCC (which is just over 1700 mm), is a Logstrup special built to fit in existing site layout with high-current levels.

In such conditions, copper busbar design must withstand extreme fault conditions. In this case, the copper work is engineered to accommodate fault current of up to 100 kA short-circuit rating (1 second).

Starting with the correct structure ensures every stage that follows is safer, more compliant, and more reliable.
