We are on the hunt for an Experienced CA that has Operations experience to join a sizable productive enterprise.

Job Summary:
The Finance Director with Operations Experience is a senior executive-level position responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of multiple business entities within the Group while also providing strategic guidance and support to the overall business operations.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Qualified CA, Bcom Accounting with Articles
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Finance
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in managing multiple business entities is essential.
• Dynamic and energetic personality
• The role requires frequent travel.
• Strong financial acumen with a thorough understanding of financial principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Solid knowledge of operational processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial management software.
