Description of Inquiry: Seriti Coal Mine is inviting interested
parties/companies in the Overburden Mining Request For Information process from the
EMalahleni Local Municipality to submit their documents to be considered in the pre-selection process for consideration for the Overburden contractor mining opportunity.

Scope of Work
• Contractor must supply resources (Equipment & People) adequate to move
36 Mt of Overburden (Softs & Hards) over a period of 12 months.
Submission requirements
• Company registration / ownership documents
• Proof of business address – Local Supplier
• Technical capability
• Company compliance certificates and accreditations
• Company organogram and shareholding structure
• Original of proof of residence for directors

HOW TO APPLY:
1. All interested parties should follow the guidelines to register their company
as a prospective supplier using LP_Mining_RFI_233416:

2. Existing suppliers do not complete point 1, instead, please access the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) and capture “LP_Mining_RFI_233416” listed
