Uni-Lite is a timber-faced, steel-framed modular formwork system that’s designed to produce clean off-shutter finishes while remaining light enough to be easily handled on site.

Its modular design makes it incredibly adaptable, working across vertical and horizontal applications as well as more complex structures like elevator shafts, curved walls and tunnels.

Because the panels are lightweight and easy to assemble, Uni-Lite can often be installed and moved without relying on cranes, helping teams work faster, especially on tight-access sites.

It’s a system built for efficiency, precision and versatility, keeping projects moving while delivering the finish quality modern construction demands.

At the St John’s Rugby Festival, we spent 4 weeks on site building the infrastructure behind the experience for NW Kwena, with support from Chris Haynes and Natasha Erasmus. From seating stands for spectators to VIP decks, media towers and lighting towers, everything was designed to give guests a safe, elevated view of the action.

Using a combination of access scaffolding, decking stage systems, and Quickstage systems, we created solid, reliable structures that could handle the energy of a packed festival.

It’s exciting to step into spaces like entertainment and events, bringing the same level of precision and reliability to a completely different kind of build.

Great events need the right infrastructure behind them.
For the Alfred Dunhill Championship we focused on creating seating areas and a VIP deck that could handle the crowds while giving spectators a clear, elevated view of the action.

Temporary structures were carefully planned and installed to increase capacity, improve visibility, and ensure everything remained safe and stable throughout the event.

Using Uni-span systems, we supported the full setup, from camera towers built with scaffolding to structured bucket seating for a better spectator experience.

We’re ready for the crowds at the SA Open in Stellenbosch.

We helped put together temporary structures that have added extra seating and improved visibility for spectators at this year’s tournament. The goal was to create a safe, sturdy platform so more fans could enjoy the action from a great vantage point.

We always love being part of projects that bring people together and support events of this scale.

A beautiful build is taking shape in Franschhoek. This project involves the construction of a new private dwelling for an international client, and we’ve been on site providing the access scaffolding, formwork and support work needed to keep things moving smoothly from start to finish.

For the pool structure, our Uni-Lite system was used for the pool walls, giving the team the strength and precision needed for a clean finish.

Work is underway in Krugersdorp, where a new reinforced concrete reservoir is being built as part of a wastewater treatment upgrade.

The structure will house three key components of the treatment system: an equalisation tank, a UASB reactor, and a calamity tank. Together they help regulate incoming wastewater, break down organic material using anaerobic bacteria, and provide emergency storage to prevent environmental discharge during maintenance or system overloads.

Given the scale of the build, the project uses NOE timber-faced panels to handle the large wall pours, while EF panels support the many upstanding beams, with timber beams and plywood decking used for the flat deck sections.

It’s a big structure with an important job, helping ensure wastewater is treated efficiently before it reaches the environment.

When speed, accuracy, and affordability matter, the Economy Form Panel System shows up.

Designed for both vertical and horizontal formwork, this lightweight system makes setup a breeze. Whether you're casting walls or decking, it’s quick to erect, easy to dismantle, and ideal even for unskilled crews.

Built-in stiffeners = fewer walers needed.
Rapid assembly with wedge sets.
Minimal clamps, maximum precision..
Durable 3mm steel face resists vi*****rs & rebar.
Any tie system? No problem.
Versatile enough to switch between wall and slab work.

Every panel locks into place with automatic accuracy, so your concrete finish is always spot-on, without the need for rework. That’s time and cost saved, every time.

We love seeing our systems making a real difference, like this effluent tank project led by KL6 Construction & Civils.

This tank is built to treat wastewater and prevent pollution, protecting both the environment and the surrounding community. Our Uni-Lite modular walling system helped the team complete all formwork in just 3 weeks and in a single continuous pour. Two months later, the full structure was complete and ready for action.

At Gabosch Dam, we’re proud to play a part in bringing reliable water access to nearby towns and farms, a lifeline for both people and progress.

Using EF Panels and NOE Top systems, our team is supporting the construction of this vital infrastructure, built to last and designed to sustain.

Set for completion in early 2027, the project will help secure clean water where it’s needed most, another step toward a stronger, more connected South Africa.
