From expecting coffee runs to diving deep into fiber optic sensing! Naz's holiday work experience was anything but traditional. He tackled real engineering challenges, like digitizing a PCB for a remote asset tamper sensor, and learned the importance of project scope.

Naz discovered a passion for continuous learning and a workplace culture that balances professionalism with growth. His career goals have shifted from just financial to finding a role with inspiring people and constant development.
