The WELLAN 2000 Power Ring operates by the application of quantum physics. The way the information is stored in the ring that informs the gas molecules how to ‘perform’ is much the same as our other conditioning devices, the information is modulated onto the ring by the way of laser technology. The WELLAN 2000 Power Ring falls under the category of Quantum Field Theory (QFT) and when applied to petroleum, Quantum Chemistry.

The WELLAN 2000 Power Ring will not negatively affect any working parts of the combustion engine nor will it cause damage. Nor does the WELLAN 2000 Power Ring change the chemical compound of gas but only affects the gas molecules in such a way that the gas atomizes or changes the compressibility in which the gas flows and will even out the static density, hence a better burn, the use of less gas and ultimately greater mileage.
