This Women’s Month, we celebrate the women who are helping shape a stronger, safer and more inclusive mining industry.

Our Rosond team attended the Women in Mining Africa Summit 2026 in July. The event inspired us with the power of mentorship, innovation and inclusive leadership.

In celebration of Mandela Day, Rosond visited a local crèche to spend the day giving back and creating lasting memories with the children.

Together with I4C (I Foresee Interior Designers), we completed the final phase of renovations started last year, including fitting classroom ceilings and lighting, installing carpeting, and donating kitchen equipment, a deep freezer, first aid kits, books, crayons and other essential supplies.

There was plenty of laughter as the children enjoyed visits from Minnie and Mickey Mouse mascots, followed by a wonderful lunch, generously catered by GCC Catering.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible partners, I4C and GCC Catering, for joining us in making a meaningful difference. Together, we're helping create brighter spaces and brighter futures for the next generation.

One year. Zero LTIs. One committed team.

Rosond is proud to celebrate a major milestone of one full year LTI-free across all 28 operations, with 24 operations also scratch-free for more than a year.

This achievement reflects the dedication of more than 1 200 employees and the safe operation of over 100 machines across our sites, all guided by one simple promise: everyone goes home safe and healthy, every day.
