Construction of Warehouse 6 in ๐ก๐ฒ๐๐น๐๐ป ๐๐ผ๐ด๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ, Greenbushes, is progressing well, with the project continuing to move ahead according to programme.
The warehouse comprising of 11 006 mยฒ GLA has reached another important milestone, with the roof steelwork now nearing completion.
Across the logistics park, bulk services including stormwater, sewer, water, and service sleeves are also progressing, while engineered layer works to the warehouse and yard platforms continue.
Due for occupation in January 2027, Warehouse 6 will provide modern industrial space with offices, a canteen, ablution facilities, covered loading areas, a covered guardhouse and dedicated refuse facilities.
