As one chapter comes to an end, we would like to take a moment to recognize a team that has represented Swift Engineering Solutions exceptionally well since September 2025.
Over the past several months, this maintenance team has been dedicated to a demanding long-term project involving mechanical repairs, pipework modifications, structural steel maintenance, stainless steel fabrication, welding, cutting, grinding, and shutdown support — all delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
While the technical achievements are significant, it is the people behind the work who truly deserve recognition.
Gersan has been with Swift almost since the beginning. His loyalty, commitment, and steady leadership have been invaluable to the company, and we are grateful for the years of dedication he has given to the Swift family.
Etienne (aka Rasta) is known for his efficiency, positive attitude, and sharp sense of humor. He has a remarkable ability to keep spirits high while consistently delivering quality work, no matter how challenging the task at hand.
Siya, our newest team member, has already demonstrated exceptional motivation and a strong willingness to learn. His energy, enthusiasm, and work ethic have made him a valuable addition to the team, and we look forward to watching him continue to grow.
Together, these three individuals embody qualities that we greatly admire: loyalty, courage, adaptability, teamwork, and a willingness to step beyond their normal responsibilities when the situation demands it. They are never afraid to take on a challenge, even when the task falls outside their usual scope of work. That attitude, combined with their commitment to getting the job done safely and effectively, is what makes them stand out.
As this project draws to a close, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for their hard work, dedication, and professionalism. While this may be the end of one project, it is certainly not the end of our journey together. At Swift Engineering Solutions, our people remain our greatest asset, and we look forward to many more successes alongside them in the future.
Thank you, Gersan, Etienne, and Siya. Your hard work, loyalty, and positive attitude have left a lasting impact, and we are proud to have you as part of the Swift family. 💙
