S.E.A.L. is a high-performance, water-based carrier liquid impregnated with a proprietary blend of interlocking fibers. Unlike temporary “fix-a-flat” sprays, S.E.A.L. is a proactive, permanent internal coating designed for mission-critical heavy-duty tires.
How the Process Works:
Centrifugal Coating:
Once pumped through the valve stem and the vehicle is in motion, centrifugal force distributes the liquid evenly across the inner tread area. This creates a consistent “liquid barrier” that stays in place for the life of the tire.
Fiber Suspension:
Within this liquid, millions of high-tensile fibers are held in a permanent state of suspension, ready to respond to any breach in the tire casing.
Pressure-Actuated Sealing:
When a puncture occurs, the internal air pressure (the “escaping air”) acts as the catalyst. It forces the liquid barrier through the hole, carrying the suspended fibers with it.
The Physical Plug:
As these fibers are forced into the puncture, they overlap and intertwine to create a permanent, flexible physical plug. This happens instantly, sealing the leak before the operator even notices a drop in pressure.
