Remember to report your Unfair dismissals within a month if you want to be assisted otherwise anything later than that may be rejected by CCMA. Matters relating to unpaid wages and salaries must get to CCMA within 3 months. Know your rights.

To our members working at Restuarants, Saloons etc we wish you a happy return to work. Its been tough times without income. Lets take this pandemic as a lesson so that we learn to save the little we get. We will soon engage Financial Service Providers who can establish a Pension Fund so that when one retires they get something to live on. We know not many Foreign workers have access to this Facility. You are free to suggest here what do you think is the fair amount for a pension contribution.
