Ordering perforated plate isn't as simple as picking a hole size.

To get it right, IMS needs five things from you: aperture size and shape, pitch, type of material, any special margins, and the length and width of the plate. Get all five right and the plate performs exactly as it should. Miss one and it doesn't fit, doesn't flow, or doesn't last.

IMS stocks a standard range of mild steel and stainless steel 304 perforated plates ready to go. For everything outside of that, plates are manufactured to your exact specification.

The aperture does the separating. The wire diameter determines the load. The material determines how long it survives.

IMS woven wire mesh is available in stainless steel 304 and 316, high carbon, and other materials, 43 micron to 30mm, in rolls, flat panels, or cut to size.

The screen isn't the expensive part. The downtime from getting it wrong is.

IMS tensioned screens are fully assembled and tested before packaging. Correct end tension determines mesh life and machine life. Get it wrong and you're looking at premature mesh failure and screen cracks.

Every detail in that assembly matters. This isn't a product you cut corners on.
