Day 2 | 1st Annual CAPM Entrepreneurship Workshop
Day 2 of the 1st Annual CAPM Entrepreneurship Workshop concluded with a strong focus on practical application, empowering local entrepreneurs to transform knowledge into action.
Building on the foundation laid during Day 1, participants applied what they had learned by developing business profiles, company organograms, project plans, activity (Gantt) charts, and identifying practical solutions to challenges within their businesses.
The workshop also provided an opportunity for entrepreneurs to engage in peer learning, collaborate, and strengthen their understanding of sustainable business development.
Over the two days, local SMMEs gained valuable insights into entrepreneurship, procurement readiness, business compliance, financial management, marketing, and supplier development, equipping them with practical tools to grow their businesses and prepare for opportunities within the mining sector.
CAPM remains committed to supporting local enterprise development through its Social and Labour Plan (SLP) initiatives and creating meaningful opportunities for businesses within our host communities.
