Carpenter / Construction Supervisor / Driver
📍 Based in Kleinmond

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our construction team in a dual role involving carpentry work, site supervision and driving duties.

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s licence (Code B preferred)
• Must be able to fluently speak Afrikaans and English
• Carpentry experience and willingness to work hands-on with the team
• Ability to supervise and coordinate work on site when required
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
• Construction experience will be advantageous
This position is suited to someone who enjoys being part of a team, can take initiative, and is prepared to assist with all aspects of the construction process.

Congratulations, Sive!

Since joining us in 2021 with no prior experience in the construction industry, Sive has shown unwavering dedication and a strong willingness to learn. Over the years, he has developed a wide range of new skills and has become an incredibly reliable member of our team.

When Sive expressed his desire to get his driver’s license, we were more than happy to support him. We arranged and covered the cost of his driving lessons—and today, he passed his test on the very first attempt!
