1️⃣ Raw Material Intake — Mild steel ERW tube, 6205 C3 bearings and components received from verified suppliers and batch-inspected

2️⃣ Precision Cutting — Cold-cut saw and band saw cut tube to exact dimension. Clean cuts, zero heat distortion

3️⃣ Press Assembly — Hollow shaft pressed into pre-cast end caps. No welding. No weak zones

4️⃣ Quality Inspection — Dimensional check, rotation test, seal integrity — every batch, every time

5️⃣ Delivery — Standard 24–48 hrs. Emergency 4 hrs
