At just 21 years old, Ziphozethu is in his third year at Somta, having joined us through the Somta Learnership Programme. His journey reflects the power of investing in youth development, skills transfer, and creating opportunities for the next generation.

Today, we celebrate young people like Ziphozethu—the dreamers, innovators, and future leaders who inspire us every day.
