Utilizing Flatline cc would be beneficial because we offer:
Piece work

Flatline is successful because as independent contractors, we can offer piece work.

A time and motion study is carried out on each product and a fair target per shift is agreed on.

Flatline gets paid per unit completed.

This system has proven to be efficient and ensures a fair day’s work for a fair day’s pay.

High quality
We do not sacrifice quality for speed.
If reject product is found we cease assembly and notify you immediately.

If we can rectify the problem for you we will ask permission to do so and increase cost per unit accordingly.

If we cannot rectify the problem we will charge per unit for separating reject.

We will return reject components to you. (We also regrind on request and return reground plastic to you)

Fast and Efficient
Flatline cc can operate 24hrs a day all year round.
We can accommodate urgent orders on short notice.
Every contractor is proficient working on all products.

Security
Flatline factory is situated in a secure complex with 24hr security.
All contractors sign in and out of the factory and the complex.
All contractors sign a non disclosure clause in their contract.

Flatline cc is a co-operative of independent contractors.
Each member has played and continues to play an important role in Flatline’s success and continuous growth.
Flatline cc is not a labour broker.

Flatline cc was formed almost a decade ago by Mel McCready and a small group of colleagues determined not to join the ranks of the unemployed.
Today Flatline cc has 40+ trained, permanent contractors.
We offer our services on site or from one of our own factories.
Flatline cc is BEE compliant.
