So this is a 2 Bedroom house with an open plan .
Single garage 2 patios
2 bathrooms and a foyer.

On foundation provided the ground wasn't bad.

We used 10 pallets standard bricks.
1 load brick work sand
1 load river sand.
1 load ¾ stones
25 bags cement
7 brickforces
