The Faculty of Engineering, the Built Environment and Technology (EBET) will host all first-year students within their faculty for the Vice-Chancellor’s Welcome Ceremony on 31 January 2026.

Venue allocation:
• All students from the School of Engineering, Information Technology and the Built Environment and Civil Engineering should report to North Campus, Goldfields Auditorium (Building 217)
• School of Architecture students should report at South Campus, School of Architecture, Building 8 (Second Floor)
