GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED IN PORT ELIZABETH
The role provides administrative support to the Operations and Client service team ensuring the effective and smooth running of the day to day operations, reporting directly to the office manager.
Responsibilities will include (but is not limited to):
• Quotes – follow up
• Communication - Liaising logistics to production teams.
• Stock Control – All PPE/assets and office supplies
• Vehicles – Weekly fuel report, booking services etc.
• Employees – capturing wages, capturing annual hours etc.
• Dealing directly with Suppliers and preparing monthly creditors report
• Answering switchboard
• Maintain a filing system
• Organizing and maintaining archives
• General office duties
Our requirements
• First language must be Afrikaans
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as an Office administrator
• Computer literate, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A strong sense of self-motivation and a creative approach towards problem solving
• Excellent communication skills (Well-spoken in Afrikaans and English
Only candidates with experience in full office function will be considered.
Working hours
Monday – Thursday 07:00AM – 16:30PM
Friday 07:00AM – 16:00PM
