Managing the project from conception to final handover, our team ensured seamless ex*****on, premium craftsmanship, and strict adherence to structural standards.

​Key Features & Scope of Work:
​Premium Exterior Finishes: The new additions feature elegant Pearl Klinker external facebrick, offering a timeless, low-maintenance, and durable facade.
​Structural Roofing: We supplied and installed high-quality structural roof trusses and matching roof tiles, ensuring complete architectural integration with the existing structure.

​Modern Openings: High-specification aluminium windows and doors were installed throughout the project to maximize natural light, enhance energy efficiency, and provide a sleek, contemporary aesthetic.

​Civil & Structural Concrete Works:
​Constructed a durable concrete apron around the perimeter to ensure proper water runoff and foundation protection.
​Cast two heavy-duty concrete bases specifically engineered to support external water harvesting/storage tanks.

​Bespoke Sunroom Addition: Designed and built a stunning new Sunroom. The structure features a robust steel frame roof engineered for maximum longevity, topped with durable Aluzinc IBR roof sheeting for superior weather resistance and a modern industrial-chic finish.
