📣 PSQ at the Women in Mining & Petroleum Conference 2026 📣

Port Shepstone Quarries (PSQ) was part of the inaugural Women in Mining & Petroleum Conference 2026, hosted by the Deputy Minister of Department of Mineral Resources and Energy, Ms Phumzile Mgcina which took place today in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

Our PSQ executive team CFO: Ms Khole Gcaba and HR Director: Ms Cebo Msimanga are attended this important industry gathering, with CEO Ms Mandisa Khuluse honoured to have been invited as a panel speaker, contributing to the national conversation on the advancement and empowerment of women across South Africa’s mining and petroleum sectors.

Convened under the theme “Empowered Women, Empower Nations,” the conference brings together women leaders, government, industry and key stakeholders to explore opportunities, address barriers and shape a more inclusive, competitive and sustainable future for the sector.

We are proud to see our team representing PSQ on this important platform and contributing to the conversations that will help shape the future of our industry.

When women are empowered to lead, industries grow stronger and nations prosper.

🎉 Celebrating our January–July Birthday Stars! 🎂🥳

Yesterday, we honoured all our team members born between January and July with a special birthday celebration filled with laughter, cake, and great company.

A special highlight was Xolisa, AKA "Mancane," the youngest member of the PSQ family, delivered a heartwarming speech on behalf of all the JJJ babies! 😁🍰

We also recognised our CEO, whose birthday falls on 2 April, and our CFO, who recently celebrated her Jubilee birthday on 30 May.

Happy Birthday to each and every one of our January–July celebrants! Wishing you good health, happiness, and continued success in the year ahead. 🎉🎈
