●Minimum Grade 10
●All operators must have operating certificates
●Good communication skills and businesses understanding is highly important
●Minimum 3 years experience as a mining operators
●In position for in or able to obtain certificates of fitness(red ticket)
●High regard to safety,Regulations and standards
●Must be willing to work shifts.
●All operators will be assessed and pass assessment test.
●All operators (except truck moving operators)must have valid driver's license.
