Of course, installing a complete solar system is expensive. But appointing the cheapest installer could be catastrophic.

When deciding which installer to choose:

1. Do your homework. Confirm if the installer has an online presence, and that it's a good one. (Goolge is you friend)

2. Confirm their accreditation. We can be verfied online, at anytime, on PVGreenCard's Registered Installer List. Can "they" state that?

All insurance companies require a COC at least for any backup or solar+backup system. Do "they" have an installation electrician or master electrician on the team overseeing the installation as the law prescibes? Or do "they" have to phone a friend to get you your COC?
