Smartgrid aims to bring these overheads down by improving the security and resilience

of South Africa’s energy supply. We further assist South African business leaders in addressing the effects of climate change, by providing turn-key solutions for their transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy. Smartgrid (South Africa) is a majority black owned partnership of South African entrepreneurs and UK technology companies. Our Socioeconomic Impact Plan aims to develop opportunity, skills and community upliftment for South Africans by financially supporting local initiatives towards social improvement and education in informal communities.
