Job Vacancy: Construction Office Manager

We are seeking a Construction Office Manager who is proficient in Pastel quotation, Excel report creation, and daily planning and management of teams. The ideal candidate should have a background in construction and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

*Prepare and manage quotations using Pastel software
*Create and maintain Excel reports to track project progress and expenses
*Plan and schedule daily tasks for construction teams
*Manage teams and ensure that they are meeting project deadlines
*Communicate with clients and vendors to coordinate project details
*Ensure that project sites are operating safely and efficiently
*Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Office Manager or similar role
*Proficient in Pastel quotation software
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel
*Excellent organizational and time management skills
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
*Knowledge of construction safety regulations
*Ability to manage teams and motivate them to meet project goals
