Rugged EtherCAT Data Acquisition (DAQ) System

KRYPTON DAQ modules are extremely robust. We machine each one out of aluminium bricks and install industrial-grade electronics. Units are then sealed with thermally conductive and electrically isolative rubber. As a final touch, we add a rubber band around the KRYPTON chassis to further protect the unit from the shocks. The result is an IP67 degree of protection. Units are waterproof, shockproof, and can withstand shocks up to 100G.

Dewesoft KRYPTON can operate in extremely harsh environments and is rated to work in temperature span from -40°C to +85°C.
Extensive testing in our laboratories ensures bulletproof quality and worry-free testing under extreme conditions.

Test Overview

■ Purpose
Triaxial simultaneous vibration testing is a test that can shorten the test time and bring the test environment closer to the real world.
We have developed a triaxial simultaneous vibration testing system that can perform high-frequency simultaneous triaxial vibration testing up to a maximum frequency of 2000 Hz, which makes it possible to perform high-frequency simultaneous triaxial vibration testing. This allows us to perform three-time simultaneous measured wave reproduction tests that include frequency components up to 2000 Hz, as well as three-axis simultaneous random vibration tests.

Engineers use a thermal vacuum chamber (TVC) for testing hashtag products primarily because it simulates the extreme conditions of outer space more accurately than any other testing method. Here's why:

Vacuum Conditions: Space is a vacuum, meaning it lacks any significant atmosphere. Testing components or entire satellites in a vacuum chamber allows engineers to observe how they perform in this environment, including how materials react without atmospheric pressure.

Temperature Extremes: Space experiences extreme temperature variations, from scorching heat when facing the sun to freezing cold in the shadow. A thermal vacuum chamber can replicate these conditions by controlling the temperature inside the chamber, allowing engineers to assess how satellite components react to such temperature fluctuations.

Thermal Cycling: Satellites undergo rapid temperature changes as they move between sunlight and shadow during orbit. Thermal vacuum chambers can simulate this thermal cycling by quickly changing the temperature within the chamber, helping engineers evaluate how components expand and contract under such conditions.

Elimination of Contaminants: By operating in a vacuum, the chamber eliminates the presence of contaminants such as dust, moisture, and other gases that could affect satellite performance. This ensures that test results are not influenced by environmental factors.

Test Environment Control: Engineers can precisely control the conditions inside the chamber, allowing them to repeat tests under consistent conditions and make accurate comparisons between different designs or iterations of satellite components.

Thermal vacuum chambers provide a controlled environment that closely mimics the harsh conditions of space, allowing engineers to test satellite products before they are launched into orbit thoroughly. This helps ensure the reliability and functionality of the satellites once they are deployed in space.
