📢 Administrator Position Available

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team.

🚨 IMPORTANT: Experience with Sage One Accounting is essential — if you do not have Sage One experience, please do not apply.

Requirements:
✅ Experience with Sage One Accounting (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
✅ Computer literate
✅ Highly organised with a positive attitude
✅ Fluent in Afrikaans and English(written & spoken)
✅ Strong spelling & telephone etiquette
✅ Basic administrative knowledge
✅ Own transport

Key Responsibilities:
📌 Capturing supplier invoices
📌 Contacting customers regarding outstanding payments
📌 Allocating payments and receipts
📌 General daily admin assistance
📌 Managing staff documentation
📌 Answering and directing calls
📌 Handling vehicle licence renewals
📌 General office administration

Working Hours:
🕗 Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 16:00
