Renier Groenewald, a qualified master electrician with 20 years experience, tried his hand at construction with our first residential home in Montana, Pretoria in 2004. Within 1 year, GROENBOU KONSTRUKSIE (Pty) Ltd was awarded the NHBRC “Highly commended best home builder of the year” award in 2005. By the end of 2008, GROENBOU KONSTRUKSIE (Pty) Ltd had completed construction of no less than 60

residential homes, as building packages, project management and speculative construction. Furthermore we renovate residential and commercial properties. The company has undergone several periods of re-structuring during the past years, and as most other companies in the building industry in South Africa, we too have experienced the effects of the global recession. However, we have not allowed negativity to influence our passion and creativity. We stand firm in our commitment to continue offering value and quality at the best possible cost.
