Dear Brothers, Sisters, and Respected Elders,

I come before you with a heavy heart to address a matter of concern. One of our former employees, Mr. Calvin Cordier, who was recently dismissed from our company, has unfortunately chosen to respond with hostility and negativity.

Despite multiple meetings and opportunities extended to him to correct his conduct, there was no meaningful improvement. Eventually, we had no choice but to take appropriate disciplinary action and terminate his employment.

At the time of his dismissal, we also became aware that his fiancée who is also employed at our company has chosen to end her personal relationship with him. We believe that his recent actions, including making disparaging remarks about the company on social media, stem from a desire for revenge. His intentions appear not only to harm the reputation of Tiroclif Services but also to jeopardize the employment of his former fiancée. Such behavior is both selfish and manipulative.

Nevertheless, Tiroclif Services remains steadfast in its commitment to professionalism and the delivery of high-quality service to our clients. In fact, we have received direct testimonials from clients regarding Mr. Cordier’s conduct, many of whom described him as rude and disrespectful. Some clients even requested that he not be assigned to their sites. Despite these concerns, we continued to offer him second chances, only to witness a repeated cycle of temporary improvement followed by the same unacceptable behavior.

We share this not to defame, but to clarify the situation in the face of false narratives. Our focus remains on integrity, professionalism, and serving our clients with excellence.
