🚨 WE’RE HIRING: OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE (JOHANNESBURG – KYA SANDS) 🚨
Blue Chip Lubricants (Pty) Ltd is expanding.
We are a trusted leader in the oils and lubricants industry with over 40 years of experience, proudly based in Kya Sands, Johannesburg. In partnership with Q8Oils, we exclusively manufacture and distribute high-performance lubricants across South Africa.
Our customers span across agriculture, mining, transport, and construction — and we’re growing our sales force to match demand.
📍 Role: Outbound Sales Representative
📌 Location: City of Johannesburg (On-site)
🔧 What you’ll be doing:
Generating new business and qualifying leads
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Conducting outbound sales calls and follow-ups
Identifying opportunities and closing deals
Presenting product solutions to clients
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
🎯 What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales
Strong lead generation and closing ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Team player with a strong work ethic
Industry knowledge in oils & lubricants is an advantage
Experience with Skynamo is a bonus
💼 Package:
Basic salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Commission structure (performance-based earning potential)
Petrol card: R5,000 per month
Medical aid: 50% contribution for main member (Discovery Medical Aid)
