True empowerment is about creating opportunities, inspiring others, and making a lasting difference. Her journey is a testament to resilience, lifelong learning, and leadership that uplifts others.
From completing her matric at the age of 17 to earning an Advanced Diploma at 19, a BCom at 37, a BCom Honours at 38, and an MBA at 44, she has continually challenged herself to grow. Today, she is pursuing both an LLB and a Doctorate in Leadership, proving that learning is a lifelong journey and that no dream has an expiration date.
Among her proudest achievements are becoming a Director at New Planet, where she leads a national operation, completing her MBA while balancing a full-time career and raising a family, and continuing her academic journey while mentoring future leaders. She takes great pride in seeing those she has mentored grow into confident professionals, creating opportunities that positively impact employees and the communities New Planet serves, and raising two daughters alongside a demanding executive career.
What motivates her every day is knowing that her decisions have the power to make a meaningful difference. She believes that success is not measured solely by business results, but by the positive impact left on employees, customers, families, and communities. Her purpose is to solve problems, help others grow, and leave every person, every team, and every situation better than she found it.
