Keeping the sales process running smoothly takes organisation, attention to detail and a great team. Alice brings all three together in her role as Sales Operations Agent at PIMMS Group. 💚

Working closely with colleagues and customers, Alice supports the sales process, helps solve day-to-day challenges and keeps things moving towards shared goals.

Having been part of PIMMS Group for one year and three months, she values the opportunities to grow and the encouragement she receives along the way.

“I really enjoy the people, teamwork and supportive environment at PIMMS Group,” she says.

Alice is always keen to learn, even beyond her own role. If she could swap jobs with anyone for a day, she would choose our Commercial Director, Quentin du Preez, to gain insight into the strategic decisions that drive the business.

Outside of work, Alice has a creative side that might surprise her colleagues. She enjoys writing, creating songs and using her imagination. Time with friends and a good Netflix series also feature on her list of favourite ways to recharge!

Her approach to her career is simple: stay willing to learn, remain consistent and keep improving.
