2. is trained on chairing of disciplinary hearings ;
3. has knowledge of Law of Evidence;
4. has knowledge and skills on how to
evaluate the facts of each case objectively;
5. is punctual and ethical;
6. is able to interpret policies;
7. has good listening and communication skills;
8. has report writing skills;
